What we do
Services
Frozen & burst pipes
Thawed, found and fixed. We carry the parts for the usual suspects.
Boilers & radiant heat
Service, repair and new installs. Get it checked before the first cold snap.
Water heaters
Tank and tankless. Most swaps done the same day.
Drains & sewer lines
Clogs cleared, lines scoped, roots dealt with.
Remodels
New bathrooms and kitchens, roughed in and finished.
Cabin winterizing
Shut down in the fall, opened up in the spring. No surprises in March.
Before we get there
Frozen or burst pipe? Do this first.
- Shut off the main water valve. Usually where the water line comes into the house, often in the basement or crawlspace.
- Open the faucet nearest the problem. It relieves pressure and lets water out as the pipe thaws.
- Call us. Never use an open flame to thaw a pipe. A hair dryer is fine while you wait.
Water heaters
Thinking about tankless?
Hot water that doesn’t run out, and a unit the size of a suitcase instead of a 50-gallon tank. It isn’t right for every house. We’ll look at yours and tell you straight.
- Endless hot water for back-to-back showers
- Frees up floor space in the utility room
- Honest advice on whether it pays off for you
